Return & Replacement Policy :

At Loomiq Fashion, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. If you receive a defective or damaged T-shirt, we’re happy to offer a replacement.

Replacement Eligibility

  • Replacement is applicable only for T-shirts with manufacturing defects or damage.

  • You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • No replacement will be provided for:

    • Change of mind

    • Wrong size chosen by the customer

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or customer-caused damage will not be accepted.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at support@loomiqfashion.shop or WhatsApp us at +91 75990 93568 within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the defect, and clear photos/videos as proof.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement T-shirt of the same size, color, and design.

Additional Notes

  • If the same product is out of stock, we may offer an alternative design of equal value or a store credit.

  • We do not offer refunds—only replacements in eligible cases.
