At Loomiq Fashion, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. If you receive a defective or damaged T-shirt, we’re happy to offer a replacement.
Replacement Eligibility

Replacement is applicable only for T-shirts with manufacturing defects or damage.

You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Eligible Cases

No replacement will be provided for:

Wrong size chosen by the customer

Products showing signs of use, washing, or customer-caused damage will not be accepted.
How to Request a Replacement

Email us at support@loomiqfashion.shop or WhatsApp us at +91 75990 93568 within 5 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the defect, and clear photos/videos as proof.

Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement T-shirt of the same size, color, and design.
Additional Notes

If the same product is out of stock, we may offer an alternative design of equal value or a store credit.

We do not offer refunds—only replacements in eligible cases.
